Seal impression: Personal seal
Obverse. Roger de Quincy, 2nd Earl of Winchester, on a horse galloping to sinister, in armour of mail with surcoat, a flat-topped helmet with visor down, and turned full-face. Shield, slung upon his left breast: Seven mascles (lozenges voided), three, three, and one, DE QUINCY; his right hand holds his sword aloft. The horse trappings bear the same arms. Beneath the horse, a wyvern reguardant.
