Child's clogs
Pair of child's clogs. Made in about 1920 for a six year old child in Senghenydd. Wooden soles with shaped heel, leather uppers in two pieces with double row of stitching across vamp. Tongue stitched in. Six pairs of eyelets for lacing. Narrow strip of leather tacked all around between upper and sole. Brass toe cap. Clog irons on sole and heel.
