Leggings
Pair of footless leggins machine knitted in brown wool. Manufactured by Corgi Hosiery Ltd, Ammanford, in about 1970. Designed by Alice Pollock. Ribbed waist and ankles. Body and legs in stocking stitch, with five horizontal elasticated bands on legs (from top of thigh to ankle, evenly spaced). On body are two large floral motifs predominantly in blue, with shades of pink in centre.
