A further Welsh Folk Museum Answer Book (see MS 1071 and MS 1143 ), received from John Parry, Llanrug, in 1964, and containing images and notes on the the Fachwen community, Llanddeiniolen, Caernarvonshire, between the years of 1900-16 and giving particular attention to children's games. Answer Books were sent out by the Welsh Folk Museum to individuals across Wales as a way of collecting and documenting information on aspects of folk culture in their areas, including agriculture, crafts, food, customs and dialects. The responses were hand-written in the books. The Answer Books had a similar purpose to the earlier questionnaires sent out in 1937.
