Letter
A letter to William J. Williams from A. Morris (on behalf of North Wales Property), acknowleding a deposit of £150 for the purchase of a house in Blaenau Ffestiniog, and setting a completion date for the sale. In 1970 Oakeley Quarry closed, and William J. Williams retired as an engine driver. As a result he moved from Oakeley Quarry Cottages to a new home, 'Wennallt' where he lived until his death in 1981.
