Inkpot
Inkpot, liner, and cover, bone china with a white translucency; flattened unglazed base, upturned cockle-shaped form, with a flat top and opening containing a liner, with a domed cover and butterfly finial (wings broken), a small shell-shaped penholder applied to the lip; painted with a frieze of flowers inside the lip, and pink and gilt detail to the cockle moulding and penholder; frieze of flowers around the cover, gilt finial and gilt dentil lip.
