Baker, Bevans and Irwin, Glamorgan Pottery (1813-1839)
Mug, earthenware, standing on a rounded slightly spreading foot-rim, cylindrical sides with regularly spaced vertical incised lines running down them, a band of moulded anthemions around the foot-rim and exterior lip-rim, loop handle with raised foliate moulded thumb-spur; transfer-printed in blue with to the exterior and interior sides several groups of shells with sprays of flowers and leaves, the handle printed with foliage.
