Shepherdess
Standing female figure holding an open birdcage, a sheep seated at her feet to right, a naturalistically painted rock and fountain behind to left, all on a scroll base applied with polychrome flowers and foliage, and picked out in chocolate brown. She wears black shoes with red bows, a blue edged cream skirt painted with polychrome flowers, a white apron with scattered flowers in purple, blue and yellow, a puce bodice scattered with chocolate quatrefoils, white ruffles, a stomacher, a yellow scarf spotted in chocolate and a straw hat trimmed with blue. Square hole for candle holder at the back.
