Waistcoat
Double breasted men’s waistcoat possibly part of (Welsh costume) made from wool flannel with cotton back and lining with leather panels on the shoulders and the bottom of the lining. There is a small lapel and collar and 2 single welt pockets. The waistcoat fastens left over right and has 12 covered buttons. There are 2 straps sewn to the back for adjusting the size, each has 3 metal eyelets. There is a lace threaded through the eyelets to tighten.
