Saucer standing on a foot rim, spreading sides, everted lip; decorated in polychrome enamels, the centre with a harbour scene, three figures in a boat in the foreground, buildings and trees behind, water to right, surrounded in a gilt and brown ornamental cartouche with scrolling, patternworks and webbing, ornamental gilt border to inner lip, gilt edge border to lip.
