Cup and saucer
Cup and saucer, soft-paste 'trident' porcelain, the cup with an orange-pink translucency, the saucer with a smoky translucency; cup standing on a rounded foot rim, London shape, with a narrow, rounded ogee handle, not curvaceous; saucer on a straight sided foot rim with curved spreading sides; both painted with set pattern 633, - inside the cup and in the centre of the saucer, a single pink rose, and a narrow green border with six roses; around edge of saucer and to the cup's exterior, a band of gilt s-scrolls and scrolling foliage, bordered by green bands; gilt band to foot rim, and a gilt line on the handle.
