Beaker and saucer, hard paste porcelain, beaker standing on a foot rim, elongated sides, everted lip; decorated in gilt with two scenes, one of three chinoiserie figures, one standing, two seated around a table, palm tree on left, other of two figures, one with a pipe, the other holding an umbrella, two trees, teapot, both standing on platforms with gilt scroll brackets below, gilt border to foot rim, inner and outer lip. Saucer standing on a foot rim, spreading sides, everted lip; decorated in gilt with four figures, two children in the centre playing with sticks, one seated, tree to left, bird in sky, standing on a platform with gilt scroll bracket, gilt border to lip.
