Bowl, pearlware, circular, with foot ring. Sides with moulded spiral flutes. Imari style decoration in underglazed blue, iron red and gilding - in centre a rectangular panel, with ornate border of leaves and flowers, showing a lake, with hills, trees and an oriental building. Border around rim of blue ovals with leaf and fruit motif, with red cross hatching in between. Gilt rim.
