Women for Life on Earth vest top purchased by Bronwen Davies on the peace/anti-nuclear march from Cardiff to RAF Brawdy, Pembrokeshire, 27 May-5 June 1982.

Green cotton jersey vest top made from a tube-knitted piece of fabric, the only seams being on tops of shoulders. Neck and arm holes bound in self fabric. Single turn-back at lower edge. Printed in brown paint (paint applied through a cut template). Depicted is a world map within a circle (unprinted continents against a brown printed background). The map is twisted around with the tip of Africa pointing to the right. Superimposed on the world map is a peace symbol which morphs into a tree that extends beyond the circle.
