Late Mesolithic stone axe
Pointed oval or triangular shaped pebble, one face caused by natural cleavage; axehead-shaped in outline. The broad end comprises an edge one side of which has signs of possible bevelling, the other is flaked by use or natural damage. Possible pebble axehead?
