Inlaid. Shield of arms set diagonally: chequy (Warren) with crest in form of a three-turreted castle; stiff-leaved foliage springing from sides. William de Warren, Earl of Surrey was Richard of Cornwall's brother-in-law, their wives being daughters of William Marshall: Isabel was married first to Gilbert de Clare, and second to Richard; Maud was married to William.
