Reverse. The king on horseback galloping to sinister, over ? wavy sand hills, in hauberk of mail and flowing surcoat, with helmet (visor closed) surmounted by a cap of maintenance bearing the crowned lion crest of England; his right hand holds a sword (attached to his breast by a chain) inclined towards his head, and on his left arm an heraldic shield: quarterly, FRANCE (Ancient) and ENGLAND; background (on fine impressions) diapered by small fleurs-de-lis. In the border, between the point of the sword and the crest, a hand of blessing issuing from the clouds.
