Typed in black ink on off-white, company headed paper. Two letters from Isaac Edwards & Co. re. the purchase of 60 High Street, Dowlais & No.3 Lewis Court, Dolwlais Top. Purchased by Mrs Blodwen Williams from Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd. Letters dated 17th October and 7th December 1928. 86.171I/262 (4) has an orange 'enclosure' sticker in the bottom right hand corner. 86.171I/362/ (3) - (8) were pinned together.
