Roughly rectangular, tapering slightly to the foot. Coarsely picked linear ring-cross with dots in the interspaces, with conjoined crudely formed cruciform panel(?) below.

Notes: the stone was reported to have been found at Pen-lan-wen (the topmost NGR), however Tir Abad (whose name suggests a more likely origin for the stone) is at the second NGR stated above - information from John Lewis
