Seal impression: Owain Glyn Dwr Great Seal
Owain seated under a gothic-type canopy, wearing a cloak over a girdled robe, and having a bifid beard (similar to that on the seal of Richard II); his head bears a diminutive coronet, and he holds a sceptre in his right hand; the arms of his throne terminate in dragon's heads, its feet in claws; Owain's feet rest on two lions passant guardant coward addorsed; behind him supported by two angels is a mantle, semée of lions rampant.
