Cup, earthenware, squared-off foot-rim and rounded curving sides, square-shouldered loop handle; boldly painted in reds, greens, yellows and browns with to one side of the exterior body a spray of dog roses and to the other side a smaller spray of rose leaves, a green edge to the lip-rim, a green dash to the handle. Saucer, earthenware, circular shape with rounded foot-rim and gently curving spreading sides; boldly painted in reds, greens, yellows and browns with to one side of the interior of the saucer a spreading spray of dog roses and to the other side a smaller spray of rose leaves, a green edge to the rim
