Figure in black shoes, white stockings and breeches, frock coat, long waistcoat with rubbed gilt detailing, pink/purple necktie, long grey wig, blue eyes. Figure standing on turquoise blue ground rising at right to form a support, right leg bent forward, right arm hanging down and holding a white piece of paper inscribed in black, left arm also hanging down and pressing black hat aginst hip.
