Photograph mounted on card showing the wreck of the STRATHALBYN, and titled 'STR STRATHALBYN / WRECKED JAN.12.1912, AT TACOMA.' The caption on mount under photograph reads - 'STRATHALBYN 4331 Grt. Blt. 1909 BURRELL & SON.-GLASGOW / 10.12.1916: Struck a mine and sunk in the English Channel 2 miles N.E. from / Cherbourg breakwater in position 49.41N 01.37W laid by the German submarine / UC 26 whilst on a voyage from New York to Le Havre with general cargo.'
