Black print on white paper with details filled out in black ink. Issued to Mr J.H. Jones and dated week ended 9 May 1934. From the docket it can be seen that Mr Jones had five men or boys working under him. They dug out 74 ton 19 cwt of coal in a week and were paid £11.17. On the reverse of the docket are pencil sums working out the amount Mr Jones is left with after paying his team - £4.7.6
