Post-Medieval silver pin

Silver bodkin-type dress-pin with ear scoop on one end, and tapering to a point at the other end. The shaft has a flattened quadrangular cross-section, and engraved on both sides between the head and threading hole is a flower-head motif, with a flower repeated below the eye. Approximately half way down the shaft is a small stamp bearing the intials T.G or I.G.

The pin is bent, with a break at the bottom of the eye.
