Cynlindrical, lidded, with two brass handles. Hinges and clasp of brass. Constructed in lip-working technique with coils of cane bound with splt cane.
Reputed to be Navajo Indian work.
Originally a tea-pot basket, but used as a lunch basket on a stage coach.
