Roman stone statue (Replica)
Cast of a statuette of a deity. The figure is draped from the waste; he holds a well filled cornucopia in his left hand, above the prow of a ship breasting conventional waves; in the right hand he holds a patera over an altar on which a fire is burning. A snake, symbol of departed spirits, is coiled round the right wrist. The figure probably represents the deity Bonus Eventus (Good Fortune)
