Fabric sample
cotton curtain fabric, cream tabby-woven ground with check pattern made of green horizontal stripes and blue-green, yellow, and maroon vertical stripes.
Full width of fabric = 115cm wide (selvages along both side edges). Other two edges are cut unevenly.
White wefts are singles yarns (Z-spun), green wefts are singles yarns (S-spun), while warps are made from 2 yarns used as one; each of those is a singles yarn, Z-spun.
There are long floating yarns along one of the selvages where the weft yarns are carried along till the next use of that particular colour (alternating between green and white).
Front and reverse of the fabric are interchangeable.
