Plate, pale cream-coloured earthenware with a soft greeny-yellow tinge to the glaze, circular shape with flat base, curving sides and spreading rim, a waved and indented edge to the rim; crudely painted in polychrome enamels with to the centre of the well a male figure wearing a plumed hat on horseback with the initials "PV" and "OR" to either side, a stylized running border of foliage in red and green enamels and a waving red line to the rim.
