Plate, hybrid-paste porcelain, with an earthy orange translucency; standing on a straight sided foot rim with flared spreading sides and notched lip; transfer printed in black and filled in enamels with a kingfisher standing near a stream and tree, six insects around the edge including a ladybird; gilt dentil lip.
