S.S. ETONIAN was a tramp steamer of 3805 gross tons built by Grays of West Hartlepool in1901 for John Mathias & Sons. Sold to Italian owners in 1913 and re-named PIETRO. Sunk by German submarine U35 off Cape Palos on 23 December 1917.
