Pleistocene / Holocene red fox bone
The right mandible of a fox. The jaw contains a lower right 1st premolar, a lower right 3rd premolar, a lower right 4th premolar, a lower right 1st molar and a lower right 3rd molar. The mandibular hinge is intact. The teeth are all white and the bone has a fairly fresh yellowish colouration to it. The teeth are unworn.
