19th century. Double cloth, fine wool and linen. Pattern of stripes and geometric motifs with closely woven border. Same design as /1. Predominantly pink and navy on top and white on underside. Rolled and hemmed at ends, selvage at sides. Colours indigo blue and madder pink wool and natural white linen. Provenance: woven near Caerwys, Flintshire, from linen spun by donor's grandmother or great grandmother
