Nantgarw China Works (1813 - 1822)
Plate, soft-paste porcelain with a deep orange red translucency, and a crackled glaze, - thick, pooled glaze around the cavetto, deeply crackled; standing on a straight sided foot rim, curving into flared spreading sides; boldly painted in polychrome enamels with a stylised Chinoiserie flower arrangement in a yellow vase on an orange table-top; iron red sprigs around the edge and chocolate brown band to lip.
