Plate, soft-paste porcelain, circular, footring, shaped edge; decorated with a blue ground, the edge is gilded, the rim is painted with gold vine sprigs alternating with three white reserves outlined with rococco gold borders and containing painted flower wreaths, the central reserve is banded with a blue and gold ribbon border attached with floral festoons against a white border of gold dots, the centre is painted with an image of Princess Francaise de Lamballe framed within a gold floral wreath.
