Typewritten museum label [format and inventory number indicate very probably Science Museum] regarding a 1:12 scale drawing of the Trevithick's Locomotive dated December 1803. The label describes the locomotive in the drawing and from it's dimensions deduces that the locomotive in the drawing was not the Trevithick locomotive that made the Merthyr to Abercynon journey in 1804.

Label has pencil annotations that donor believes were written by David E Roberts, Past President of the South Wales Institute of Engineers who held the papers from their arrival unitl his death in 1950.

Label has been numbered '3' by C.T. Allan who sent a typewritten note to accompany the papers, see related material file.
