In 2 parts. Top part a bookcase with pair of shaped astragal bar doors, glazed with 2 shelves. One cupboard door with brass inlay. The pediment is pierced (possibly added later). The lower portion contains secretaire drawer which can be pulled out to form a writing flap. Contains 12 drawers, four pigeon holes, a central cupboard, inlaid with satinwood, a small drawer within and 2 secret drawers. Below a centre cupboard section with 2 doors, within a drawer with 6 compartments possibly for bottles (possibly added later). Door reinforced with brass inlay. On each side are 3 drawers. All drawers inlaid with brass handles and mounts. Bracket feet.
