Dish of soft-paste porcelain with creamy-white translucency; square with slightly curved edges and notched corners, standing on a tapering footrim, with ogee-curved sides, the rim moulded in relief with scrolls, flowers and tied ribbons, the corners of the well groove-moulded; painted in the well with a spray of flowers (featuring a pink rose), a red flower sprig and a blue butterfly, the rim painted wioth four small flower sprigs and edged with a chocolate brown line.
