Short written statement, prepared by Eifion Williams (donor's husband), entitled 'Mr W.J. Williams: The Great Model Maker'. The statement explains who Mr W.J. Williams was, and explains about his hobby of building models of locomotives. It is believed that Eifion Williams prepared the statement so that it could be used when W.J. Williams' locomotive models were on public display.
