Pot, coffee and cover
Coffee pot, pale cream-coloured earthenware, standing on a spreading waisted foot-rim, bulbous body tapering inwards towards the neck, curving spout with cauliflower leaf moulding, reeded double intertwined handle with moulded leaves at the terminals, high domed cover with collar-like rim, a flower head finial to the top of the cover, a pierced steam hole to one side; crudely painted in brick-red, yellow, green, purple and blue enamels with to either side of the exterior body of the coffee pot a large spray of stylized flowers and several floral sprigs, several further stylized floral sprigs in red and black around the top of the cover, the terminals of the handle painted green, the flower head finial painted black. The body of the coffee pot cracked to one side, the lip-rim and the tip of the spout and the rim of the cover chipped.
