Nantgarw China Works (1813 - 1822)
Plate; soft-paste porcelain; standing on a straight sided shallow foot rim, cushion moulding, lobed rim (6 large lobes and 6 small); painted in the centre with three birds of varying size in a landscape, small clusters of airborne birds around the cavetto, alternate bird and butterfly motifs on the edge; enamelled border around the rim.
