Hospital shoe label for shoes needing to be altered at Prince of Wales Orthopaedic Hospital, Cardiff. Name on the label is Arthur O’Brien of Aberfan and is dated 11 October 1966, 10 days before he died in the Aberfan disaster, aged nine years old. He was Elizabeth O'Brien's brother. He appears to have been suffering from hip dysplasia from birth.
