Dish, soft-paste 'trident' porcelain with a redish, earthy translucency, and thick bubbly glaze; standing on a pronounced straight sided foot rim, curving into rounded, spreading sides, flaring slightly at lip; lobed edge with four large and four smaller lobes, and cruciform moulding; painted in orange, yellow, green, and purple enamels with the botanical specimen named above; plain gilt band to lip.
