Early Bronze Age pottery vase urn
Good brown ware, with slight collar, deep hoolow neck and deep internal bevel to rim. Elaborate decoration on internal bevel and external collar: triangles with incised horizontal lines or stabs in ground; on neck: broad vertical shallow grooves (done with finger-tip), the spaces between sometimes enriched by oblique incised lines or stabs, sometimes plain, with below a discontinuous incised herring-bone pattern; below the shoulder : an incised herring-bone.
