Neolithic pottery vessel
Shoulder sherd from a Mortlake bowl. Abundant inclusions up to 10mm across. There are traces of ring breaks. The shoulder is sharp and angular and has been decorated below with oblique to vertical coarse and closely spaced whipped cord maggots.
