White enamelled body with circular base covered in black plastic; metal arm on base, when turned creates suction to secure mincer to worktop surface; orange coloured plastic feeding barrel attached to body with plastic headed screw; white plastic spiral feed screw fits in barrel; attached to white enamelled rotating handle with black plastic grip; 3 metal perforated mincing plates to attach to spiral feed screw; mincer patent submitted by Robert Pollack in 1958; spong mincer selected for the Design Centre, London.
