Early Iron Age pottery vessel
Sherd of quite hard fabric containing moderate grog (up to 3mm) and sparse quartz (up to 2mm). Slightly oxidised brown surfaces and dark grey core. Upright rim, flatenned on top with row of faint fingertip impressions immediately below.
