Solid shafted chisel of squared section. Fairly short heavy example. Cutting edge produced by tapering on one side only. Head splayed out to one side. Actual edge missing.
Iron mortise chisel, 75-200 CE. Found at Brecon Gaer Roman fort, south Wales.
