LINEN CANVAS, embroidered with coloured silks in tent and cross stitches and French knots. At the top there is a parrot perched on a vine between bunches of grapes. Below there is a large vase filled with roses, cornflowers and other flowers. Part of a curtain.About 1660. From Sant-y-Nyll, Glamorganshire.
