Haynes, Dillwyn & Co., Cambrian Pottery (1802 - 1810)
Vase, pearl-glazed earthenware, square plinth, urn form with a slightly stepped trumpet shaped foot, a ring between foot and body, a band of beading at shoulder, a ring around the neck, a beaded rim, two comma shaped handles rising above the body and terminating in satyr masks at body and rosettes at rim; vase interior pearl-glazed, plinth enamelled black, the rest striated underglaze blue and purple, and reserved with a white band under the beading painted with flowers in iron red.
